Tgk title pun dah tau…Everyday I feel like eating kuih kria since I preggy ni….However this kuih has been my fav since small…So tak leh jadi cam ni, everyday nk kena beli kuih kria…n the place I used to buy at Tmn Permata dah tutup…dunno y?Mayb Makcik Kuih went for a short holiday….So today, my MIL decided to make it…she said it’s simple to make it and it’s TRUE!!! Here’s the resulted Kuih Kria I’ve made myself….

Now, here’s the recipe:
1/2 kg keledek (rebus and mash)
Tepung gandum (gaul sket2 bersama mashed keledek sampai jari jemari tak melekit)
Then, bentukkan bulat2 pastu buat lubang kat tengah2….n digoreng until slightly golden brown…
Meanwhile, u can prepare the Sira gula…U just need 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water…dissolve under a medium heat….stir the mixture until berbuih2….stir for about 1 or 2 minutes…then quickly add in the fried dough and gaul skali ngan sira gula tadi (under medium heat)…Gaul smua until u see the sira gula is thickening onto the dough….and you’re done!!!Simple kan??I’ll definitely try this recipe again next time….
