A’kum,

Started off early from home today to send my son n maid to my mom’s hse. Felt fresher today as i’m starting to take cold water during morning bath. My massager advised me to use cold water as it can help tone my body muscle. I guess it is true if you use it daily. Hubby send me to office. I continued reviewing the remaining 4 SWRs. Managed to review 3 only.

Morning meeting was bad!Boss had a small tounge fight with our SWR planner. Boss wanted the planner to plan the lots well but couldnt explain to her in detail. Everyone in the room just kept quiet..just listened to them…lastly boss gave up, ‘oklah, whatever you say!…’ Some of us say he was not being a good leader..he only gives us instruction but does not guide us to achieve his order. But some say our planner was actually rude to talk to boss like the way she did…i think both of them are screwed up!Everyone makes mistakes, right?

The expedite lot RGF finished Post Mold Cure at about 8.30am, managed to processed thru till symbol but just realized that the saw machine has not been converted yet. Had to request support and help from Ismail, Ahmad Zul and Elley to convert one saw machine for 5×7 package.

Just called my techinician (8.30pm), he confirmed production team has converted the machine. The lot RGF is currently awaiting symbol. Hopefully to reach Batchroom by tomorrow morning.

I had another problem today, boss has actually reminded me to collect and compile MQ data for the 2nd lot of the Bond stitch issue. But during the 2nd lot build up I was already away from office..went back to S’pore for Aidil Adha celebration.I totally forgot to request my MQ girl to collect MQ data for this lot. I just realized it just now when i noticed the MQ girl gave a wrong set of MQ data. It was not for the 2nd lot actualy…but the 1st lot!Oh no!Surely I’ll still ‘kena’ from my boss.:(

Hubby reached my office around 6.45pm…i went home feeling very worried bout the MQ..wanted to call boss to xplain bout this issue but decided not to. Boss might freake out if he hear it!!!I just dont understand why boss does not seem to understand the situation that happened around him????he just cant take it if something went wrong during the SWR execution..simple saying, he cant accept failures!

Now I’m already at home..trying to forget bout work but it just came into my mind if i just keep quiet…my son rizq is watching the Play hse Disney Cartoon show…very focus i see..hehehahha..

Alright that’s all for tonight..cant wait for tomorrow…cant wait for weekends to come…tata
