Rizq

My son Muhd Rizq Ariff is already 3.5 years old….we have enrolled him to a pre-school ‘The Young Ambassadors’ in Ampang. He is scheduled to start schooling on the 7th of January 2008.

Oh Rizq is very excited to attend school!….Whenever we visited the school, he will always reluctant to go back and wish he could stay longer…He just can’t wait to meet the lovely teachers and to make new friends…Whenever asked, what he would like to bring to school, his answers will be, ‘Mama..apple..book..air kosong..pencil..nasi..milk..’.For me, his answers are cute and meaningful…

Oh Mama feels the same way as Rizq but plus the ‘Huhu’ part…:(….The hurray part is that I’m happy that my son’s already big enough to be on his own in school to play and learn and make friends…

The ‘Huhu’ part is that I feel that I’m going to miss him a lot in the morning. No more, ‘Mama, Isq (calls himself) nak watch Lightning Mcqueen’..No, not the movie nor the PS2..but watching it at ‘YouTube’. He already knows how to switch on the laptop, click the Internet Mozilla Firefox Icon and wait for mama to open up the ‘YouTube - Lightning Mcqueen‘, play around with mouse and knows where to pin point the mouse to click at anything he wants to watch….i just leave alone to play with my laptop…His other favorites will be Ben10, Superman, Spiderman and Batman….Am I going to miss all that??

Hopefully not! :)

How do you find the young ambassador? Does the playschool fulfill your requirement for your kids edu? I’m interested to send my kid there as well…

Liana, I find it very good so far…My son has improved a lot on his social skills especially when meeting new friends/relatives….this Islamic Child center is using the Khalifah method as a guide to teach these youngsters…I just went to their Parents & Teacher meeting. They do explained in detail what they teach our children at school…how to be a good Khalifah…I’m very much impressed that my son is now able to recite Al-Fatihah by himself (just to share ye)…but at the same time we as parents have to continue this Khalifah method at home….i would love to talk more…do email me if you need to ask me anything..take care!
